- Books can only be returned if they are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The book(s) must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
✅ Refunds
- If your return request is approved, you may choose between:
- Replacement of the same title (if available)
- Full refund of the book price (excluding delivery charges, if any)
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Books purchased on sale, clearance, or special orders are non-returnable.
- Minor wear due to packaging or handling is not considered damage.
- Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.
