📦 Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
- For remote areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
⏱ Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
- Pre-ordered or imported books may take longer (timeframe will be shared with you).
💰 Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply based on your location.
- Free delivery is available on orders above PKR 5000 with at least 50% advance payment.
📌 Order Confirmation
- Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) require phone/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
- For advance payments, your order will be shipped once payment is verified.
🚫 Delays & Responsibility
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
- Fooq ul Bashar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
📦 Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (if available) to monitor your parcel.
🛑 Wrong Address / Missed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- In case of a missed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
